Introducing the Bank of Commerce Debit Card, the new international Mastercard-enabled card equipped with an EMV (Europay, Mastercard and Visa) chip technology for improved security against fraud, and Mastercard Contactless, the modern way to pay for purchases!

Debit Card allows you worry-free access to your linked Bank of Commerce deposit account, to inquire your balance or withdraw funds through EMV-compatible terminals like ATMs, and to pay for purchase through point-of-sale (POS) at any Mastercard-affiliated merchants worldwide and BancNet-affiliated merchants nationwide, as well as online payment sites and channels.

Types of Debit Cards

Opening a Bank of Commerce Peso deposit account with ATM feature for Individuals provides you with a standard Mastercard Debit Card. Choose from a variety of savings or checking account products here .

Sikap Pinoy Debit Card is for individuals who open a Sikap Pinoy deposit account.

DEBIT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Definitions
    1. “Account/s” means the savings and/or current accounts maintained by a Cardholder with Bank of Commerce in which the Debit Card is linked.
    2. “Bank” means Bank of Commerce
    3. “Debit Card” means Bank of Commerce Mastercard Debit Card which is equipped with EMV chip technology with improved security against fraud. The Debit Card allows Cardholders worry-free access to his account/s thru any EMV compatible payment terminals, like ATMs and online merchants, here and abroad.
    4. “Cardholder/s” means depositor or depositors of the Bank to whom a card has been issued.
    5. “EMV” means Europay Mastercard Visa.
    6. “Machine” or “ATM” means Automated Teller Machine (ATM) installed by the Bank for use by the Cardholder. It also includes other ATMs or electronic devices in which the card could be used, as advertised from time to time.
    1. Lost/Stolen Card;
    2. Defective Card;
    3. Transaction Time Out; and
    4. ATM Hardware/Machine failure
